昨日は、お友達宅で楽しいクリスマスディナーでした。余興で、数曲ギターの弾き語りしましたが、どうして、友達の前でも人前というだけで、緊張して指と声が震えてしまうのでしょうね。どんどん人前演奏して、この上がり症、克服したいです。
