三線♪　Sanshin ♪

ライブCafeかりゆしにて、かりゆしバンドの美也子さんと田畑てっちゃんさんが、三線のことをいろいろ教えてくれた！いろいろ弾いてみせてくれて、私も簡単なメロディなら弾けるようになった。…でも弾き語りができるようになるまでは時間がかかりそうです。（写真は、田畑てっちゃんさんと、私は弾いているふり…？！）
I was at the Live Cafe Kariyushi this afternoon, and Miyako and Tecchan from Kariyushi Band taught me how to play Sanshin. I'm a totally beginner, but I could play some simple melodies! Though it will take time to play Sanshin and sing, at least I took the first step. (photo: me with Tabata Tecchan.)

紅型着物にギターはやっぱりあんまり合わないかも…でも、弾いちゃったけど。これから三線を習得する予定なので、次回は三線弾き語りをしたいと思います。
Okinawan kimono and guitar don't suit well...?? (Today I played the guitar in Okinawan kimono anyway)^^♪　I will practice Sanshin (Okinawan three strings instrument) this year, so next time I will be able to perform Sanshin!!

竜巻警報、ヒョウ、大雷雨という悪天候の中（ヒョウがバンバン屋根に当たる音がスゴかった）・・・無事、大盛況に今日のコロラド州沖縄県人会四十周年記念祝賀会が終わりました！感謝です。During our Colorado Okinawa Kenjinkai 40th anniversary event today, we had tornado warning, hailstones, and big thunderstorm (very noisy and scary). Despite the terrible weather, we had a great turnout and the event was successful. Thank you!

I made a movie for Yoichi Matsukawa's new original song "Sekka Fugetsu (雪花風月)," which means "snow, flower, wind, and the moon" in other words, "the beauties of nature." He made the lyrics inspired by my movie (snowy scenes), and I've taken lots of photos of snowy scenes... so why not?
松川洋一さんのオリジナル曲「雪花風月」のムービーを付けました。私の動画（雪景色のシーン）からヒントを得て歌詞を作られたとのことで...！雪国に住む私は、雪景色の写真をたくさん撮ってきました。ということで、もう私がムービー作っちゃうしかないでしょ～！なんて思っちゃいました。
